Refund Policy

There is no provision for refund of money received as Registration / Admission Fee, Exam Fee and Other Fees. The fees received is utilized for Study Lecture student education program.

Our focus is complete students satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Enrollment :

By enrolling in our online and offline education, tuition, and courses, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Payment :

Course fees must be paid in full before the course commencement. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of enrollment.

Refund Policy - Course Fees Below ₹400 :

For courses with fees below ₹400, the course fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy - Course Fees Above ₹500 :

For courses with fees equal to or above ₹500, a 100% refund is available within the first 30 days of the course start date.

Refund Request :

To initiate a refund for eligible courses, submit a written request within the first 30 days, clearly stating the reason for withdrawal.

Eligibility :

Refunds are applicable to the original enrollee only and are not transferable.

Course Material :

Access to course materials, both online and offline, will be revoked upon refund approval.

Attendance :

Regular attendance is expected for both online lectures and offline classes. Failure to attend without prior notice may impact eligibility for a refund.

Code of Conduct :

Participants must adhere to a code of conduct, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Intellectual Property :

All course materials and content are the intellectual property of the institution and may not be reproduced without permission.

Modification of Terms :

The institution reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Notification will be provided in advance.

Dispute Resolution :

Any disputes arising from enrollment or refund requests will be resolved through arbitration.

30 Days 100% Refund Policy :

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the course within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing, clearly stating the reason for withdrawal.

The 30-day period begins on the official start date of the course and concludes at midnight on the 30th day.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the receipt of a valid refund request.

No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period has elapsed.

The refund policy is applicable to tuition fees only and does not cover additional expenses such as materials, textbooks, or administrative fees.

This policy is applicable to both online and offline courses offered by the institution.
